There’s one missing. The “Vendredi Saint/Good Friday” game between the Montreal Canadiens and the Quebec Nordiques in 1984. There were 2 general brawls, one AFTER the end of the 2nd period and one BEFORE the 3rd period, I’m not joking.

The firts brawl (after 2nd) lasted about 5 minutes, here:
