Chad Ford over at ESPN looks at this years weak crop of NBA free agents and the teams that may have enough money to sign some of these guys.  There is hope for fans of teams that were disappointed with their draft picks like the Knicks.  Oh wait, the Knicks are over the salary cap…. oops.
