Found an interesting post on Yahoo today. Everyone knows that Alex Rodriguez is the richest player in baseball. He has the biggest contract in baseball history but heres in interesting tidbit. Apparently Alex Rodriguez makes more than the entire Marlins team, and not by a little.
Alex Rodriguez is making $28 million a year while the entire Marlins team is pulling in $21.8 Million. That means that he could pay off their salaries and still have roughly $6 million dollars left over.
This explains why being a Marlins fan aint easy. Meanwhile in New York, Alex Rodriguez is laughing all the way to the bank.
