MTV’s resident weirdo Andy Milonakis was pictured last night handing a bag of weed to a homeless guy who probably would have been happy to get a few quarters. I think it’s safe to say that this is the luckiest homeless guy ever. The 33 year old man-boy proceeded to let the world know about afterwards via twitter…

Knowing me, tweeting is the first thing I would have done as well.
