The New Quentin Tarantino flick, Inglourious Basterds, with Brad Pitt as the lead man took the number 1 spot in the box office last week raking in about $37 million. That can buy a lot of weed, just ask “former” stoner Brad Pitt. According to Tarantino, Brad was cool enough to offer him a chunk of hash and a can to smoke out of in France. You’d think these guys could afford a real bong but whatever…

Brad Pitt recently admitted to quitting a drug habit early on in his career after it affected his acting work.

But Quentin Tarantino, who has revealed Brad offered him cannabis on a recent trip to France, would beg to differ.

Speaking on the Howard Stern show to promote new film Inglourious Basterds, the director yesterday claimed Brad uses the drug on occasion to help him relax.

Tarantino said the ‘coolest’ thing his colleague, who also stars in the film, did during their meeting to discuss Brad’s role was ‘pull out a brick of hash’ and give him a piece of it.

He then goes on to explain how the father of six gave him a fizzy drink can to use as a pipe.

Tarantino responded: ‘Yeah, I know what to do with this.’

Quentin snitches on Pitt here but not all the way. He says he was offered it but he doesn’t say whether or not he smoked (he smoked).
