A new study from Dr. Guohua Li, professor of Epidemiology at Columbia University, found that 30% of fatally injured drivers tested positive for drugs other than alcohol. Cannabis was the main culprit. Lets go over the study, and then I’ll lay waste to it with anecdotes and simple logic.
