Hello Greenies! I hope that everyone is having a high and healthy day. Today I have a tip for how to have a heart-healthy cannabis meal. For some, finding a meal that fits into your healthy lifestyle and that does not require cannabutter can be a little challenging, I hope that this recipe can help. This recipe is a quick one, so if you have more time or money you can buy all organic and do all the slicing yourself. Also, it is healthiest to go by serving size. So, what’s on the menu?

If you need to find some recipes for cannabis olive oil here is a link to a recipe by Eric Weiland on cannabissearch.com. I ask that everyone be cautious about your health and about where you are cooking your cannabis meals. Always remember to mind your neighbors. If you live in a confined apartment building that is not smoker-friendly, typically they will not like the smell of weed sifting through the building. This may also not be wise for those cooking in dorms or near other “high-risk” areas. If you do not have permission to cook with certain products, don’t cook with those products in your space. Always be safe, cautious and healthy. Have a great day, Greenies!
