For some, finding a meal that fits into your healthy lifestyle and that does not require cannabutter can be a little challenging, I hope that this recipe can help. This recipe is a quick one, so if you have more time or money you can buy all organic and do all the slicing yourself. Also, it is healthiest to go by serving size. So, what’s on the menu?
Chicken BLT Salad with Raspberry Cannabis Vinaigrette
What you’ll need:
Lettuce or Spinach (a bag or head)
1 Medium Red Onion
1/2 c. Shredded low-fat Cheddar Cheese
Meats (and vegetarian alternatives):
1 lb Cooked Chicken Breast
1 Tbls Bacon Pieces
1/2 c. cannabis olive oil
1/2 c. raspberry wine vinegar
A sprinkle of oregano
Artificial Sweetner or Honey to taste
Pepper to taste
Preparation and Directions:
Mix the salad around as you’d like an enjoy!
