Derek Rose out with tendinitis in his knee
Whats up with all the number 1 draft picks having problems with their knees? First Greg Oden last year and now Derek Rose. Can we get a healthy number 1 pick?
Derek Rose will be out for a while with tendinitis in his knee. I guess it’s good that they found it now and before the season started.
Rose, the No. 1 overall pick in the NBA draft by the Chicago Bulls, sat out a second consecutive summer league game on Thursday because of nagging tendinitis in his right knee. He won’t play in Friday’s finale.
Rose said he will likely undergo an MRI on the knee when he returns to Chicago this weekend.
