Drunk baby at the ballgame

Ok so don’t try this one at home people.  Thanks to the good folks at Bugs and Cranks, we have this video of a baby getting wasted at the game.  The description of this video states that the bottle is empty but I highly doubt that.  This baby looks really tipsy to me.  What do you think?
