This Tuesday the Mendocino County Board of Supervisors voted in a 3 – 2 decision to change the limit on the number of medical marijuana plants that you will be able to cultivate. Under the new ordinance you will be able to grow 25 plants per parcel or you can apply for an exemption which would then allow you to grow up to 99 plants as long as you can get a permit from the Mendocino County Sheriffs Department. I don’t understand why 99 and not an even 100 but hey it’s a big step in the right direction. Move over Jay-Z I gotta get to Mendicino County.
