Last week in Kersey, CO a student was arrested for marijuana distribution when he gave his teacher a special brownie. The teacher ended up in the hospital and reported that she wasn’t feeling well after she ate a brownie given to her by one of her students.

The teacher was taken to North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley Monday complaining that she felt something was wrong after she ate a brownie given to her by students. She was released Monday night.

Police Chief Pat Carey said Christopher Archer, a student from Kersey, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of distribution of marijuana.

Archer is free on bail.

Police said he admitted to making the brownies.

I understand that it is unlawful for you to share marijuana in any shape or form but if I was the teacher, that student would be getting an A that semester.
