Though currently in Colorado an attorney can not measure the amount of cannabis in your system while driving, new legislation is proposed to change that. Driving while under the influence of marijuana still carries the possibility of a DUID/DWAID charge. Though it isn’t clear on if higher levels in your system would lead to higher fines, but thats the direction I see this going.
