LeBron James vs Papa Johns
I don’t know if this is some kind of new marketing idea for Papa Johns or what but apparently they don’t really like LeBron James too much, at least the Papa Johns in DC don’t.
During the Wizards and Cavs game last night in DC, various fans could be seen wearing jerseys sporting #23 with the words “cry baby” written on them. Now in all fairness they could’ve been geared towards Michael Jordan, but I doubt it. LeBron James paid them no mind, handling his B I and sent the Wizards home.
Anyway, the jerseys had the Papa Johns logo on the top of there, clearly indicating that they were sponsored by Papa Johns but why? Do they want to hurt their business in Ohio or just boost it in DC.
I don’t know about how it will affect sales in DC but there are already a number of websites that have been encouraging Ohio residents to boycott Papa Johns as a result of this. I would be mad as hell if I was an owner in Ohio.
