The logical place to begin The “Masters of Rap” series is with the best-selling rapper of all time, Tupac Shakur. A man of tremendous lyrical skill, Tupac still sells a shit-ton of records despite being shot on September 7, 1996, and dying on September 13th. His music and his rhymes are timeless.
A life with all the ups and downs you can imagine, and one ended way too soon. Tupac is the bar by which all of rappers are measured.
