Melted Snow Exposes Grow Operation
Across the pond The Sun reports local police discover over 300 cannabis plants in a Leicester home. The authorities noticed the house only because after a snow storm in the area the residence-turned-growery was the only building in the area whose roof was not blanketed in snow; citing the heat lamps closest to the ceiling as the cause.
“By closing this drugs factory we have disrupted a significant criminal enterprise, and stopped a large amount of drugs from reaching the streets of Leicester.”
Police Chief Chris Gerrard also went on record saying the house was very modified to accommodate the growing equipment. Note that there were no arrests made so far and the house was empty at the time of police seizure.
