NJ Cooler than NY (As of Yesterday)

If you ever planned on moving to NY from Jersey, DON’T. Just in case you live in a cave (in Jersey) and haven’t already heard, yesterday Jon Corzine signed NJ’s medical marijuana bill into law – one of the last bills passed on his last day as state governor (going out with a bang indeed).

New Jersey makes number 14 of the states that have now legalized marijuana to treat illnesses such as cancer, AIDS, Lou Gehrig’s disease, muscular dystrophy and multiple sclerosis (suddenly cancer isn’t looking so bad).

It will still remain illegal to grow marijuana as well as to drive while high. But one thing that puzzles me is how authorities will be able to prove that a driver is high…
