No More Flavored Blunts or Wraps For You
Last week I saw a report about flavored tobacco potentially being banned as a result of a new law passed by congress. I wasn’t sure if I was overexaggerating or being my normal paranoid self but I wasn’t. President Barack Obama signed the “Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act” into law this week and as a result, there will be no more flavored tobacco (except menthol). This includes all of your cigars that you use to twist up blunts. Smoking will never be the same.
Here is the part of the bill that mainly concerns weed smokers….
“A cigarette or any of its component parts (including the tobacco, filter, or paper) shall not contain, as a constituent (including a smoke constituent) or additive, an artificial or natural flavor (other than tobacco or menthol) or an herb or spice, including strawberry, grape, orange, clove, cinnamon, pineapple, vanilla, coconut, licorice, cocoa, chocolate, cherry, or coffee, that is a characterizing flavor of the tobacco product or tobacco smoke.”
I suppose Barack is doing a decent job. I am sure he is doing the best he can but this is crazy. First he flips the script on legalization and now he is taking away my vanilla dutches. He is definitely NOT stoner approved.

Ahhh man, that is bullshit! I loved my flavored wraps. Guess I'm just gonna have to get my hands on as many as I can before this law goes into effect.
Come on Barack, I voted for you….you need to take it easy on us smokers man. Both weed and tobacco. What about taxing fast food? That stuff is a major killer. People eat that crap day in and day out, get fat and then get a bunch of diseases that could be prevented by not eating all that crap and getting lazy and not excercising. There are definitely other things that could be taxed. Enough is a enough already.

uumm yeah i smoke that shit but it's unhealthy just get a non flavored blunt. Who knows what makes that shit taste vanilla, and should we really be smoking "we peach" flavor. There's no doubt that flavored attracts the youngest kids who really don't need to be smoking. Legalize and make the starting age 17.
