Pictures Of Illegal Canadian Grow Houses from the 1990s

Victor John Penner was asked by the police to photograph grow houses in the 1990s after police raided them. Vice interviewed Penner about the process of taking these photos, working with police, cops having sense of humor. These photo really paint a picture of how simple grow ops were in the 1990s compared to today. Whoever these growers were, they lived very simple lives during grow seasons.
