Red Sox/Rays Brawl: Get em Coco [Video]
I’ve always been a big fan of Coco Crisp. Not because he is an exceptional ball player or because he has ever played for a team I like (which he hasn’t) but just because of his name. You will never meet someone in life named Coco Crisp. It reminds me of one of my favorite cereals.
Anyway, during yesterdays game between the Red Sox and the Rays, Rays Pitcher James Shields hit Crisp with a pitch. At first it looked like Crisp was going to just go to first base but then he decided to rush the mound.
When he arrived at the mound he was met by a punch attempt that probably would’ve knocked him out but he stopped and avoided in a way that would make Neo from the matrix proud. He responded with a weak punch and before he knew it, everyone from both benches was out there and he was under a pile of people.

Could the Rays and Red Sox rivalry for first place in the AL East be bigger than the Red Sox and Yankees? (At least for this year)
