Joseph Simmons Jr. Caught With Weed

TMZ reported that Rap legend DJ Run’s teenage son Joseph Simmons Jr. was arrested Friday night for possession of marijuana.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the 19-year old was seen allegedly buying the marijuana and rolling a joint while sitting in a car on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. We’re told he tried to get away by throwing his car into reverse, and nearly backed into the officer’s car.

I really don’t know much about the kid because I don’t watch the MTV reality show he is on, Run’s House, so I won’t be too harsh on him. Being that he is black and a semi-celeb, he should have known better though.  I’m sure his dad can afford nice ass places for him to get high in Manhatten.  He shouldn’t have gotten caught out there like that.

Oh well, maybe he’ll learn something while he is in jail.
