Hello stoners and stonerettes, I have a treat for today. Opening in theaters across the country is Surrogates, a new sci-fi movie based on the graphic novel and directed by Jonathon Mostow, who directed Terminator 3 in 2003. And only because we got high and thought it was a good idea, me and my fellow stoner buddies made a video reviewing Surrogates.

I must warn you, we made this video after smoking some of the best bud I’ve had in quite some time. It smelled heavenly (and I’m an atheist, so that’s saying something) and tasted even better. Needless to say, we are a bit “under the influence” during the video. If it is completely obvious, feel free to let me know.

But first, down to business.

So, needless to say, we were certainly Stoned at the Movies. And all this was just before the movie. Afterward, we doobie cruised (well technically bowl cruised) and parked to make this little video. We drop some minor spoilers, but nothing that doesn’t happen within the first 10 minutes. Enjoy!

Favorite Scene: A car driving on the sidewalk during a high speed chase, starts plowing down surrogates in a hilarious and cartoon-ish fashion. Unintentionally funny.

Watch it Stoned or Sober?: We all agree. If you see it sober, it’s a sci-fi social commentary on humanity. If you see it stoned, it’s a funny, action packed sci-fi movie with hot chicks. (That last part was Toby mostly)

Overall Scores: Toby-7/10, Kyler-7.25/10, Skeeter-7.5/10
