The Big Lebowski – Jesus is funny as hell. Couldn’t find any scenes where the dude smokes though. Sorry.
Super Troopers – Here is part of the intro scene from Super Troopers. This might be the funniest scene in the history of scenes. The whole intro that is.
The Wackness – Pretty cool intro scene. This made me want to watch this movie when I first saw it.
Reefer Madness – This movie was originally created in 1936 to scare people from smoking. Now we just watch it and laugh at how stupid it is.
Easy Rider – A young Jack Nicholson smoking weed. It doesn’t get much more classic than that.

Good list, but there are plenty of scenes in the big lebowski where the dude has a good toke, u just never see him spark a full jacob, but he's constantly smoking dregs with his tongs

I actually prefer the Harold and Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay scene where Kal Penn is in bed with Danneel Harris and then brings the bag of weed lady in the fun.

and an honorable mention to twins town … pretty much the hole movie but specially the bathtub scene.
