So we may have a two sport star on our hands here. In tonights celebrity All Star game in New Orleans Bill Walton’s Hornets team went up against Steven A. Smith’s New Orleans team. It was a close game but the difference in the game was when the Hornets brought in Dallas Cowboys receiver Terrell Owens. T.O. proved that he is an incredible athlete by finishing with 18 points and an incredible slam dunk. Didn’t know you had it in you T.O.
The Bucs came out with a good game plan on this one. Based on recent Giants playoff history, Eli Manning’s inconsistency has done them in and has caused them to have first round exits the last two seasons. Despite the fact the Eli Manning played a good game last week against the Patriots, they decided to come out and plan to stop the Giants efficient running attack and see if Manning would be able to beat them. Well he stepped up big and he did. The Giants went into Tampa Bay and won the game 24-14.
