What’s good Greenies and welcome to another tasty Tainted Tuesday from me, ThisBuds4You. Summer’s right around the corner and down here in the Dirty South things are starting to heat up. Last week on 4/20 we learned how to make Dank Ass Chocolate Ice Cream to help cool off from the summer heat. This week we’re going to make a nice refreshing, lower calorie summer alternative, CannaMelon.
What We’ll Need:
1/2 ounce Cannabis
1/5 liter Vodka
Grind the cannabis into a fine powder using a coffee grinder or a food processor. Place the cannabis in the bottle of vodka. Replace the cap and shake up the contents of the bottle for 5 minutes. Place in the freezer for 1 week, shaking vigorously for 5 minutes once a day. Remove from the freezer and cover the top of the bottle with cheesecloth and a rubber band. Carefully cut a hole in the watermelon then use a wine tool to pull out the plug. Make a little more room by scooping out some watermelon. Put the bottle in the hole and let the vodka absorb in the watermelon. Once the vodka absorbs, let the watermelon stand in the refrigerator for 24 hours. When ready, you can slice it up and set it out at your party, enjoy!
- You can leave the bottle of vodka and cannabis in the freezer for up to 9 weeks but in the directions I have 1 week listed. The longer the better.
- This is GREAT for picnics
- Flavored vodkas also work well
