Officer with search warrant greeted by man smoking marijuana
This is so stupid it’s just silly…
A Gastonia Police officer walked up to a North Ransom Street home late Thursday night to execute a search warrant. The homeowner, Michael Dewayne Floyd Sr., didn’t help himself out, according to the warrant affidavit.
“When I walked up to the house Mr. Floyd was smoking a marijuana cigarette on his porch,” Officer C. Singer wrote in his warrant affidavit. “Upon entering the house, Mr. Floyd told officers where we could find his marijuana. While in Mr. Floyd’s room we found a black bag containing three Zip Lock bags of marijuana weighing a total of 6.7 ounces.”
Wow! Is it me or is that really really stupid? What do you guys think?

Man, if they got a warrant you know you're gonna be fucked either way so you might as well just make it easy and get it over with…

well – stupid that he was outside smoking like that – but yeah – if they are inside searching u might as well tell them where it is – that way they dont tear your house apart looking for it. who knows maybe that way they don't find the coke in the other room
