The High Times 4/20 Party Was Fun
I was fortunate enough to have attended the 4/20 High Times Party in NYC on April 20th. It was a great time and quite possibly the best party I’ve ever been to. I am not just saying that.
More than anything else though, I think it signified what will be a growing change in our society. Legalization is a real possibility.
I know I’m a little bit late on this because it is already May 1st. You will have to forgive me because I celebrated 4/20 all week last week. It’s all good though, here we go.
First of all, shout outs to all the guys at High Times Magazine who put it all together as well as all of the sponsors, performers, oh yeah, and all the sexy 4/20 friendly hotties who participated in the Miss High Times Pageant. I’m mad that my favorite chick with the fro didn’t win though. She got second but in my opinion, she should have won.
Oh well. If shes reading this, email me.
The girl that did win was pretty cute though too so you can’t be too mad.
Her name is Jessica and after winning the pageant she will serve as the magazine’s official “smokesmodel.”
Hit the high times guys up on twitter if you are on it. They are @High_Times_Mag. They actually talk to regular people.
Shout outs to my twitter friends @ashylbowz who got an unexpected set at the show.
Here are some more pics from the event. All of the pics were found via The Village Voice, check them out for more pics.
The last guy scared the crap out of me. He was loud and belligerent but I had no idea what he was saying.
Here are some more pics of the sites and sounds. It was a great time.
All of this really makes me think about going to the Cannabis Cup in Amsterdam this November. Everyone should be thinking about saving up money for that right now. I know I’m going to be.
