TSA Moving Towards A ‘Don’t Ask/Don’t Tell Police’ With Marijuana On Airplanes

According to TSA policy and anecdotal reports, passengers who travel between states in which pot can legally be used are allowed to fly (with pot on-hand) worry-free! Though at the moment, this remains something for you to try at your own risk, as airports fall under federal jurisdiction and cannabis is still illegal under federal law. What do you think? Are you willing to take the risk to have Mary Jane join you in the mile high club?

Green Edit: This news is coming just after two years ago of the TSA saying, “Pot won’t fly on planes.” Then we saw last year a man fly with a marijuana plant and vaped up in the airport. Watch the video here.
