Well Played ya Stupid Pigs
Buckle up and prepare yourself for some ugly police behavior. It seems the pig lice (I mean police) in Washington state raided the home of a dying medical marijuana patient, rather than follow up on the robber who cracked his skull with a crowbar. Read on to find out details.
Toke of the Town has the story:
A Washington medical marijuana patient has died after being attacked by robbers who were after his pot crop. When local police were called to the scene, rather than investigating the assault, they started questioning mortally injured Michael Shane Howard about how many plants he had.
It gets worse.
Two days after the attack, as Howard lay dying, the police called Howard’s good friend and roommate, Renee, and asked when she was going to go visit him in the hospital. Then while Renee visited Howard at the hospital, she got a call from a friend telling her officers from the Pierce County, Washington Sheriff’s Department were raiding her home.
So in summation, Michael Shane Howard, a medical marijuana patient, was robbed and killed with a crowbar. He didn’t die quickly either, as he lay in a hospital while his brain bleed out over the course of two days. When the police first reported to his home, instead of bagging the crowbar as evidence and taking the man to the hospital, they grilled him about how many plants he had in his home. The 5-0 (with obvious medical training) had concluded that the “medics would ‘probably just put a big bandage in [sic] his forehead and leave him at the house.”‘
They compounded their mistake while Howard was in a coma and slowly dying. The little piggies called his roommate and told her to go visit him in the hospital. While she was visiting her dying roommate, they confiscated the marijuana plants in his home. When the roommate returned, they detained her for living with him even though he kept the plants in the shed.
Shockingly, Howard’s treatment at the hands of the police in Orting, Washington isn’t new.
According to patient advocacy organization Cannabis Defense Coalition (CDC), Howard had been facing a constant and continued police harassment in the small town of Orting, Washington. The local police, and Pierce County Sheriffs, would constantly pull Mike over because they knew him as the ‘medical marijuana activist’ in town.
So, not only did they bungle his murder, but they had been harassing him before the murder…because he was using legal medical marijuana to alleviate some pain. I don’t know what ailment Howard was suffering from, but it couldn’t have been worse than the malady of living in Orting, WA.
It’s like the police there try and one-up each other to see who can be the most awful nuisance to the community. It would be nice if those officers involved could themselves be prosecuted because they likely aren’t finding the culprit of the attempted robbery and murder.
This is deplorable on it’s own, but I can’t help but think the graphic below adds a supplemental element to the story.

i have a friend who was pulled over by the orting police for dui and when there breathalizer couldnt prove her to be drunk, they decided maybe she was on drugs so they took her to the station where the police them selves attempted to draw blood from her, after about 90 minutes of painfull stabbing of seringes in her arms, thay decided to take her to the hospital to have the blood drawen, and the results were still negative. the orting police have no right violating this girl the way they did . ( FUCK THE POLICE )
