I have no idea who thought this video up.  Regardless, it exists, so houroc sent it over to me.  I will simply describe what happens in the video, with no context and no snark.  It doesn’t deserve our snark.  It deserves to be shown because we are obligated to show it, but repeated viewings will earn you the ire of the author of this post and a sure sign you’re not very happy with yourself.

There is a guy in a locker room that keeps looking at Joe Rogan’s penis.  You do not see his penis, and one of Rogan’s friends videotapes it for some documentary that no one’s ever seen.
