if mosley can take a random blood sample test, then why can't manny?? its only fair that he does since mayweather has the same disadvantage of losing blood too, unless he's hiding something. sure its not a standard requirement in boxing regulation but not all performance enhancement drugs can be detected in urine. although manny, is considered the #1 pound for pound boxer right now, floyd still has rightfully earned his way to the top and is the one with the undefeated record here. so if manny wants an opportunity to fight mayweather and possibly break the record for most pay-per-views, then he's gotta abide by his rules and take the test, if he trully believes he can beat mayweather and prove it has been done in a clean manner, then he should take the test, and once and for all, give US fans what we've been waiting to see..

If Floyd really believed he could beat Manny he already would've accepted the fight. The problem is that neither Floyd, or his camp believes he can win this fight. Floyd himself called Manny "extraordinary" and his camp believes that Manny is so incredible in the ring that he must be using enhancement drugs. Even though it's insulting to accuse someone of taking drugs with no evidence, it's an extremely high compliment to say that a fighter is too good not to be using drugs. Manny is faster, busier, hungrier, has better stamina and has a major psychological edge because he believes that he can beat Mayweather. Floyd has no interest in steppng in the ring with this buzzsaw.
