Yankees looking at Richie Sexson
The Yankees could be trying to scoop up the newly free’d agent Richie Sexson to fill in some of their holes. He was released by Seattle on Thursday but he has been known to produce throughout his career and we all know that the Yankees could use as much help as they can possibly get right now.
“I don’t know yet; we will take a look,” Cashman said before last night’s 5-0 loss to the Blue Jays. “We will study it and see if it’s something we will pursue. I think we have to look at it . . . I can tell you we are interested.”
