Can You Make Cannabutter Without Decarbing?
Although it is possible to make cannabutter and still have medicinal benefits without decarboxylating it, we don’t recommend it.
To maximize the potency and effects of your cannabutter, decarboxylating it is necessary. Otherwise, you’re risking being left with a weak, inactive canna-baked treat.
#3: Melt Butter in the Crockpot
Once your cannabutter has been decarboxylated, plug in your Crockpot or slow cooker and set it to the highest temperature. Add in the butter and sunflower lecithin and let it melt — don’t burn it.

#4: Start the Cooking Process
That’s it. Now you’re ready to start cooking your cannabutter. Add the flower into the slow cooker and close the lid.
